Terms and Conditions

1. First come Fisrt Served Basis.
2. All Items sold are brand new
3. My Dream Cottage reserve the rights to change the date of preorder batch when it open and closes and when the delivery is made. All will be informed.
4. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations allowed once order is placed. So, please think twice before placing an order

5. All orders are made through this website. It is safer and accurate this way so that you can receive the invoice.

7. Goods will be mailed on the day seller said only.
8. We are not be held responsible for lost/damage during postage
9. Advance payments are needed for restocks items.
10. Payments are through Maybank

Exchange policy (Clothes only)

Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect items before posting out. And postage charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects; Note : below reasons are not considered as defects :

a. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
b. Slight colour differences(same colour range or any other minor physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched

d. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
e. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);
f. Claiming that the cutting of item or colour is not good;
g. Deliberate damage of items such that it will warrant an exchange.

All request for defective exchanges must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 1 week from date of dispatch of your order. All resellers have the responsibility to check and inspect items before sending out to their respective customers. We will not deal directly with 3rd parties for exchanges, and will ignore packages and emails sent to our address in this manner. Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you. If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded a credit of the item on our website and this credit may be used in your next order with us. We do not allow exchanges to a new piece of item which is not in your previous order at all.
